The F3 Core Trainer is a full length waist trainer that is comfortable and flexible. I have also added additional velcro so as your waist shrinks you can wrap the belts tighter. I trialed many belts but this one was the best support when I worked out. I needed a longer belt, a pocket, and a band at the bottom.
